Pre-Order Policy
At Avo's PokeStop, we offer pre-orders for upcoming TCG products to ensure our customers have priority access to the most anticipated releases. Please read the following pre-order policy carefully before placing your order:
1. All Pre-Orders Are Final
Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason. This includes changes to product quantities, shipping addresses, or payment methods. Please be sure of your purchase before completing checkout.
2. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of placing the pre-order. This secures your reservation and guarantees your spot in our shipment allocation.
3. Release Dates
Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor. We will fulfill all pre-orders as quickly as possible once inventory arrives, but delays beyond our control may occur. We will keep you updated via email and store announcements when possible.
4. Allocation and Shortages
In rare cases where we receive fewer units than expected, we will fulfill pre-orders in the order they were received. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation cuts or stock shortages, you will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).
5. Combined Orders
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. For faster shipping, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.
6. Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your address changes before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.
